Box Office Representative

The Role:
Work within the box office with ticket sales and ticket issues as well as throughout the venue assisting with a variety of upsells (parking lot, bag check, lawn chair rentals, etc). Provide friendly customer service by greeting and proactively assisting guests and responding to inquiries regarding current event and future events.
