The Role:
VIP Supervisors are responsible for the hospitality and care of guests with access to the VIP Entrance gates, VIP Club, and VIP Box Seats. Job functions include but are not limited to scanning tickets, apply VIP wristbands, provide top notch hospitality to our VIP Guests before, during and after the show, monitor the VIP areas and be able to distinguish who has access to those areas, listen to customer concerns and have the ability to act or react accordingly.
